All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We deliver domestically and internationally. Overseas deliveries may require additional transit time depending on destination and local customs procedures.

All packages are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of your order, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Based in Amsterdam or nearby and prefer to collect your order in person? You’re welcome to pick it up at our studio, located at Rozengracht 231 in Amsterdam. Simply email us at team@elevatebyrowen.com to schedule a pick-up time, and our team will have your order prepared and ready for you.
